株式会社レンタルのニッケン（東京都港区、社長：齊藤良幸）は、2025年12月23日、豪州フォークリフト専門レンタル会社Chadwick Forklifts Pty Ltd （ビクトリア州、CEO：Shane Mathias、以下CFL）の株式を100％取得し、連結子会社としました事をお知らせ致します。
当社は、海外事業を中長期経営計画の重要施策の１つに位置付けております。人口増加とインフラ拡張が見込める豪州市場において、CFLが2003年より展開してきたフォークリフトレンタル・修理事業は、多くの顧客から高い評価を得ております。本件は当社にとって豪州市場に参入する初めての機会となるもので、当社が日本で培った事業ノウハウをCFLに提供し、さらなる付加価値創出を目指します。

Nikken Acquires Australian Forklift Rental Specialist
Nikken Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshiyuki Saito) announces that on December 23, 2025, it acquired 100% of the shares of Chadwick Forklifts Pty Ltd (Victoria, Australia; CEO: Shane Mathias; “CFL”), an Australian forklift rental specialist, making the company a consolidated subsidiary.
Nikken considers overseas expansion a key driver of its long-term growth. In Australia, where population growth and infrastructure investment are expected to continue, CFL has built a strong forklift rental and maintenance business since 2003 and is highly regarded by its customers. This acquisition marks Nikken’s entry into the Australian market, and by sharing the expertise it has developed in Japan, Nikken aims to further enhance CFL’s value.
Nikken will apply the same approach it uses in Japan, prioritizing safety, respecting local culture and values, and working with communities to support a circular economy through its rental business in Australia.
